DIAKINISIS follows a fully anthropocentric model of operation having as a priority the occupational Safety and Hygiene. It provides the necessary Personal Protection Equipment, continuous training and monitoring of safety regulations compliance, not only by its employees, but also by its partners.

The company applies mutually beneficial practices to upgrade the skills and the capabilities of its employees through targeted training sessions.

Its anthropocentric approach is expressed in practice with protection rules against differences of sex, religion, race as well as the complete exclusion of every form of forced or illegal labor.

Environment oriented

Protecting and caring for the environment is of great importance to us.

We implement a strategy for sustainable development. Our practices are based on the environmental policy outlined in the Environmental Management System, certified according ISO 14001:2004 standard.

We have installed photovoltaic systems on warehouses roofs, replaced conventional electric lamps with energy saving LED lamps, use systems of low energy profile and our facilities use energy which is produced exclusively by renewable sources. We use digital cloud technologies and recycled paper for the delivery and tax documents.

DIAKINISIS recycle all the litter and disposables. A recycling program is followed in the company and all waste materials (paper, plastic, cardboard, batteries, spare parts machinery & equipment) are gathered, compacted in presses if applicable, and collected by a recycling company.
